Oscar Fraustro

 

 

Oscar Fraustro, originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, attended South Florida University and turned professional in 2006. Oscar enjoyed his first season as a rookie on the PGA Tour in 2015. After winning the 2012 Dominican Republic Open, Oscar gained status on the Web.com Tour for the 2013 and 2014 seasons before successfully getting through the playoffs and earning his full-time PGA Tour card last season. His best result in 2015 was a 9th place finish at the OHL Mayakoba Classic. From 2003-2005 Fraustro was the top-ranked amateur in Mexico and has represented his home country in many international tournaments around the world, including the 2013 World Cup in Melbourne. He has competed in over 20 countries worldwide with 12 wins throughout his career.
